An alternative to taking a Narcotic pain medication:

(Make sure you can take these medications before taking them)

Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen together makes a great pain reliever.

• Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil and Ibuprofen are all the same medications)
• Acetaminophen (Acetaminophen and Tylenol are the same medications)

Dosage:  Ibuprofen 200 mg (1 or 2 pills) and Acetaminophen 325 mg or 500 mg (1 pill of either) taken together every 8 hours for pain.
